Anjali was looking for fresh floral decor for her Wedding Reception at The Gladstone Library, One Whitehall Place. The room is beautiful with warm, earthy tones. Anjali came to us with the colour swatch of her outfit (a red and gold outfit)
We put together a theme for her to enhance these colours within her floral decor using seasonal Pampas Grass which is available in high quality at this time of year. Incorporated with the design were red and blush roses, gold asparagus fern, and long, burgundy leucadendron to create large, loose and flowing arrangements.
To help keep cost down, we provided different vessels for the morning Civil Ceremony to constitute the aisle decor
Then we created a grand ballroom reception using the same floral arrangements placed on top of gold geometric stands and candles.
We designed and created asymmetric columns which were used as features for the civil ceremony by the top table and then for the reception as the fireplace surrounds.
The pop of colour was incorporated cleverly with the addition of burgundy damask napkins.
The bridal party flowers consisted of the bridal bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, maid of honour bouquet, buttonholes and corsages for the mums. Each item was individually designed taking into consideration the outfits while keeping in line with the theme of the wedding.
Everything, from the floral designs to the details was perfect for this wedding. We were delighted to play such an important part of their big day.
